One From Zero is hosted on Bluehost, and it is very good. I'm not sure if it's so good that we'd host there again. It's been somewhat slow and a bit wonky lately.
Fatcow is also outstanding with different options that may fit your needs better. We've got friends who swear by it. They've got a new ridiculously cheap plan (check to see what it may be missing).
Hostgator is pretty popular, and has a super cheap option. Also unique, it has a month-to-month plan, which may also be attractive.
